listed on this website.Your contract is with your host hotel.
2. Reservations.
Reservations are not confirmed until you receive a
booking reference from the reserved hotel by Email, telephone or
fax. UK Hotel Discount.com accepts no liability for people who arrive
at the hotel accommodation before receipt of this booking reference.
Discount guarantee.
The discount is only provided if you use our secure reservation
form including the offer reference number listed with the offer
and reserved using the following credit cards
Visa
Mastercards
Switch or Solo (UK Cards)
American express (some hotels)
3. Cancellations and alterations.
If you need to cancel or change your
accommodation please provide UK Hotel Discount.com with 3 working
days notice (Monday to Saturday only)
Cancellation Policy Reservations may be cancelled up to 03 days
prior to arrival without penalty.
Reservations cancelled on or within 03 days prior to arrival will
be charged a penalty equal to 1 night room and tax charges.
No shows will be charged a penalty equal to 1 night room and tax
charges.
These terms apply whether a first, second or third choice hotel
is
booked.Refunds are credited to the card used for payment.UK Hotel
Discount.com advises guests to obtain personal travel insurance
covering their hotel accommodation.
4. Complaints.
UK Hotel Discount.com has made every reasonable effort to ensure
the
freshness, quality and value of your accommodation. In the event
of a complaint,
guests may contact UK Hotel Discount.com during their stay at the
hotel and we will do our utmost to assist you. However, ultimately
we cannot accept liability for guest
dissatisfaction with a hotel. UK Hotel Discount.com cannot assist
guests who submit
complaints after departing the hotel accommodation.
5. Information.
Much of the accommodation information provided on this web site
is
supplied by each hotel. Whilst every care has been taken to ensure
that all
information provided online, by telephone and facsimile is accurate,
UK Hotel Discount.com cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions
it may inadvertently contain.
7. Disputes. Any dispute or claim against UK Hotel Discount.com
shall be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of English courts.
