A:To find out how much a stay at a hotel will cost you click on the hotel location listing i.e. London Hotels then on the Grade of hotel you wish to stay at (for more information about hotel grades Please click here) look at the cost per room and if you need more info click on the details link on the far right of that listing

from there if you wish to make a reservation click on the Hotel Photos and reservation link at the bottom of that page or click on the View All listings posted by this hotelier also at the bottom of the page to find out if they had placed other Ads for different sized rooms

to get your discount please fill the secure reservation form and select how many rooms you wish to reserve and how many people will be
staying and click 'Book', this will send your reservation to your hotel. Please note: you Must include the "offer reference number"to qualify for the discount or if you wish to ask a question click on the contact hotel link also at the bottom of the same page.

Q:Will you charge my credit card the full amount before i arrive?

A:No, we will only charge you a 10% + tax of the cost the rest you pay on your arrival to the hotel.

Q:I'm looking for customer reviews of the hotels in London, where are they?
A:Each hotel has it's own guestbook page where you can read comments about the hotel made by people who have stayed there.

Q:Can you tell me if there is non-smoking rooms available in a particular hotel?

A:On the hotels features page you will find whether or not the hotel offers non-smoking rooms.

Q:Can you give me the phone number for any of the hotels in London?

A:Yes, however being a hotel discount listing the prices found on our web site are cheaper than those offered directly from the hotel and the discounts are only given if you submit your booking through our reservation form after which the hotel will contact you to confirm the booking, the Phone numbers and booking reference number will be included with the confirmation

Q:Can you tell me if a room is available on any particular day?

A:The Hotel listings will display when the rooms and discounts are provided also clicking at the "View All listings posted by this Hotel"might provide different dates and rates for different rooms.

Q:I'm looking for more pictures of the hotels, where are they?

On each hotel listing there is a "Hotel Photos " placement, on the top left of the listing also more photos are found on the hotel photos and reservation link at the bottom of the hotel listing page.

Q:How do I find more information on the rooms/rates listed?
A:By clicking on the room/rate link the database will list all the hotels which offer those prices or enter a price in the search Box and click find" the database will display the results if there is a match .

Q:Can I book rooms from more than one hotel at a time?

A:Yes,

Q:Can I pay for the room with cash instead of by credit card?

A:Yes you can as full payment for your stay is made at the hotel, however a valid credit card details is still needed to confirm a reservation.

Q:Will my card be charged before I arrive at the hotel?
A:In most cases your card is only used as a guarantee of your arrival and will only be authorised prior to arrival. Some hotels, where stated take a one night deposit, which is refundable in the event you cancel outside the cancellation restrictions .

Q:How do I book if I do not have a credit card?
A:Bookings can only be accepted with a valid credit card to secure the reservation.

Q:How do I book if I do not want to send my credit card details over the Internet?
A:By fax or telephone. However,UK Hotel Discount.com runs on the latest Linux Secure server software to ensure that your details are kept safe as they are sent to us.

Q:Why did my confirmation take so long to reach me?
A:Some times your e-mail box is full and your mailbox start bouncing emails back to senders or your Internet service provider Mail server is down contact us if you don't receive a confirmation within 12 hours of your booking

Q:Which credit cards are accepted by the hotel?
A:All major credit cards including Switch Cards (UK) are accepted, unless otherwise stated (e.g.. American Express is not accepted at most budget hotels)

Q:What is the cancellation policy?
A:You may cancel any reservation without penalty 72 hours (3 days) prior to your arrival date. Otherwise the hotel is entitled to
charge a 1 night penalty fee for cancellations WITHIN 72 hours (3 days) before arrival date. This is at the discretion of the hotel
concerned. (Group/Conference bookings may alter as have different terms and conditions may be applied).

Q:What is Continental and English breakfast?
A:Continental- Cold breakfast including: cereals, fruit, bread (toast), juices,tea & coffee, cold meats
Full English - Cooked breakfast including: bacon, eggs,tomatoes,baked beans,toast,mushrooms, juices,tea & coffee

Q:Is transport available from the airport to the hotels??
A:The hotels do not provide free transfer services,however UK Hotel Discount.com can arrange these transfers for you through a quality chauffeurs company.

Q:Can I check in earlier than the check in time?
A:Subject to availability on the day of arrival, all depends on how many rooms are taken from the night before.

Q:Can I leave my bags at the hotel?
A:Yes, you can leave your luggage with reception until your room is ready. Some hotels will also store your luggage for several days. There may be a small charge for this.

Q:Can I check out later than the check-out time?
A:Some hotels allow this, subject to availability and usually without charge until midday. However most will charge for this should this extend past midday.
